This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve an agency file, perform an official background check, or submit documents for a visitor.

The content points toward Newton County record custodians, including the Sheriff and criminal court clerks, as well as the Texas Department of Public Safety and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect visitors with third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the site is conditioned on avoiding the following conduct:
